Katie Harper
Hey! I'm Katie - stylist, nail artist, and owner at Sage Hair. I specialize in grey hair coverage and blending, lived-in dimensional color, and love haircutting to work with your hair type, face shape, and lifestyle. I absolutely adore doing the most precision cuticle care with a structured gel manicure as well. If any of those things are what you're looking for, I'd love to be your new hairstylist and/or nail technician. You can always book a consultation with me and we can see if we are a good fit!
I grew up in Maryland along with my nine siblings and eleven cousins. I always had someone to try my styling skills on. I've been doing hair and nails professionally for over 10 years and am always learning more!
When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me sitting on my porch with a warm drink, caring for my many plant babies, or spending time with my busy five-year-old. Can't wait to get to know you too!

Lindsey Ames
Hey, I'm Lindsey! I specialize in blonding, texturized haircutting, and color corrections. I absolutely love a good hair challenge and I am always ready for anything. I joined Katie at Sage in the fall of 2019, and it's my home away from home.
I graduated from The Avada Institute of Columbus in 2018. Throughout my schooling, I gained experience by working alongside my instructors doing fashion shows for the Columbus College of Art & Design, working behind the scenes on WOSU TV, and I received the 2018 Pro Beauty Association Beacon Honorable Mention award as a student stylist. In the fall of 2018, I was showcased as a RAW artist in an organization based out of LA, CA.
In my free time, you can catch me out in my garden, cooking up a good dish, or spending time with my fur babies!

Kaylie Beresh
Hello, I’m Kaylie! I’ve been in this industry for about 5 years, but this has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I went to the Academy of Hair Design in Oklahoma City. I am a full service stylist but really love hair cutting and custom color. I am also a makeup artist and specialize in weddings and special events.

•I was born and raised in New Phila but lived in Oklahoma City for 8 years. I love both:)
•I’ve always had a passion and a deep love for all things art.
•I have not only an amazing fiancé but a beautiful 6 y/o bonus daughter who are my everything.

Emma Hicks
Hey, I’m Emma! For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to do nails. Nothing makes me happier than being able to create something that makes women feel empowered, beautiful, and confident- and that is always my goal with your nails! Here at Sage, I offer specialized Luminary Gel Services for natural nails.
I have been running a small art business since I was 18 years old, and have art in homes as far as California! I love learning and make it a priority to have the best understanding of my products so I can give the best experience possible. My expertise in art is something that very much translates into how I do nails: so if you want nail art, I’m your girl!
In my free time, you can find me playing with my labradoodle Archie, painting, playing instruments, being with family, or trying a new coffee flavor!

how sage began
Early in 2018, I noticed a diamond-in-the-rough space only a block from Downtown New Philadelphia. I immediately had a vision for a little three-chair salon with a fresh, natural, and comfortable vibe. With help from family and friends, (and with a newborn) my amazing husband, Andrew and I renovated this space into a bright and cozy "shop-around-the corner". It's a place where you can step away from the hustle to treat yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to face the world!
